I had been wanting to try a bidet but the opportunity never presented itself so I took a chance on this product. It works wonderfully and is truly life changing. Literally my backside has never felt so clean and the amount of toilet paper we use in the house has dramatically decreased. I was worried the exposed stem would get 'soiled' over time but when you turn on the water to use it the first stage showers the stem with water and it has stayed clean.
Installation was a breeze, although I thought it was strange the company no longer provides plumbers tape with the kit (videos online for the product show this being included in the past). Literally minutes to install.
